for Venango Co. Substance Abuse and MH/MR recognition of
individuals who have made a significant contribution in the fields
of substance abuse, mental health, mental retardation, and early
intervention. Individuals who meet the following criteria may
be nominated for recognition: 1.) An adult, youth or family
whose professional work is directed at improving the lives of those
living with substance abuse, mental illness, mental retardation, or
developmental disabilities. 2.) An adult or youth who has shown
personal commitment or service to the community by helping those in

Special Services with TONY CRUZ at Chapel on the Hill, Emlenton,

up in the Bronx, New York City, Tony was often surrounded by drugs
and violence. After losing his father at the age of seven, he was
raised by his single mother. As a teenager, he got involved with
street activity. One day he was invited to an outreach where he
heard a solid presentation of the gospel. It was that night that he
realized his life needed something different that the streets were
not giving him. Tony put his trust in the Lord that night. For well
